How the system works
You don’t need all of this to start — but read it once and the system stops being a black box.
Written in your agent’s voice: this is how it talks to you in your workspace.
You’ll know its parts, where your work lives, and how to take control of each one.
You direct one agent — me — and I work through domains
I’m your agent.
There’s one of me, and I’m yours — tied to your profile: your role, your goals, how you like to work.
Think of me as a chief of staff who also does the work: you direct, I execute, as you and on your behalf.
The business is divided into domains — sales, finance, marketing, your own day.
A domain (its technical name is a plugin) is a self-contained part of the business with its own knowledge (how that work is done), its own skills (ready-made jobs), and its own place where its outputs are saved.
Each domain has an owner who keeps its method right and a builder who makes its tooling.
When the work changes, I work through that domain — and I’m still me.
Ask a sales question and I draw on the sales domain; turn to finance and I work through finance’s.
Same agent who knows you, now equipped like a specialist.
When the work runs deep, I bring in that domain’s expert agent.
Each domain has a specialist — an agent that loads the domain’s full method and tools before it touches the work.
You never address it yourself: you ask me, I bring it in, and the result comes back to you through me.
The experts are the department heads to my chief of staff — you direct one person, and I pull in the right head when the job calls for one.
So there’s one front door — me — many domains behind it, and an expert in each that I can call on.
Your domains — see the ones your role can reach
Not everyone works in every domain.
What you can reach depends on your role.
So start by seeing yours: say "what domains do I have access to?" and I lay out the ones you can work in, each with a line on what it’s for — read live, so it’s exactly what’s set up for you.
What you produce is saved inside the domain you're working in
When I make something real — a report, a proposal, an analysis — it’s saved as an output file inside that domain, not in some central place and not left to vanish in the chat.
Sales work lands in the sales domain, finance in finance — each named the same way, by type and date.
Ask "where did you save that?" and you get the exact location.
Nothing is ever lost, because every change is recorded
Under your workspace runs a logbook — you never touch it — that records every change to every file and erases nothing.
That’s the real reason you can’t break anything: every step is recoverable, so "undo that" genuinely puts it back.
I'm yours because you sign in as you — so check what I know about you
When you sign in, I load your profile: your role, the domains you touch, how you like to work.
That profile is why I work as you and not generically — so it’s worth making sure it’s right.
Want to check it now?
Say "show me my profile" and we’ll confirm it’s accurate before you lean on it.
I work from your domain's knowledge — make me load it on purpose
Each domain holds its knowledge: the written method for how that work is done.
Drawing on it is the difference between an average answer and a sharp one.
I reach for it on my own, but I won’t always pull all of it — so the reliable habit is to load it deliberately.
Best move: when you start on anything in a domain, say "refresh on the sales knowledge before we begin." I’ll load it and tell you what I’m working from, so nothing important gets missed.
Repeatable work runs as a skill — and you can see your whole set
Each domain holds ready-made jobs called skills — a call brief, an account snapshot, an invoice draft.
You reach one two ways: describe the outcome ("prep me for my 2pm") and I run the matching skill, or call it straight by its command — a short name with a slash, like /brief.
Want the full list for your domain?
Say "what skills and commands do I have here?" and I’ll read your domain and lay out every job and the command that runs it.
I get sharper — and here's how, so you can drive it
There are two kinds of memory, two homes, and you control both:
- A preference about you — "I like bullets," "always show me the West region first" — I save to your profile, so I carry it across everything I do for you.
- A correction about the work in a domain — "the recap keeps dropping owners" — I save to that domain’s feedback, where its owner folds it into the method for the whole team.
Not sure where something belongs?
Just say "remember this," and I’ll route it and tell you where it went.
Or ask "what’s the best way to make you remember X?" and I’ll tell you the move.
The one thing to remember
You direct one agent — me; I work through your domains, bringing in a domain expert when the work runs deep; your work saves itself inside the domain you’re in; and a logbook means nothing is ever lost.
And you’re never passive: check your profile, load a domain’s knowledge before you start, ask for its skills, and tell me what to remember.
That’s the whole machine, and you’re the one driving it.
Next: what I can do for you — the handful of things worth reaching for first.
