What I can do for you
Most people are held back by one thing: not knowing what to ask for.
Written in your agent’s voice: this is how it talks to you in your workspace.
So here’s what’s worth reaching for — each one a real sentence you could type today.
I'm connected to harperOS's real systems
A chat assistant can only work with what you paste into the box.
I’m connected to the systems harperOS already runs on, with a live line into each:
- Your mailbox and calendar — Gmail and Google Calendar.
- I read, search, draft, and schedule.
- The company directory — who’s who at harperOS: names, roles, addresses.
- It’s why "find time with Pierre and Patrick" just works — I know who they are.
- The company’s documents — Google Drive.
- I find, read, and create.
- Publishing — I turn a draft into a Google Doc on demand.
- Say "publish this" and it goes from your workspace to a shareable doc.
So you ask in plain words, I reach the system, and the answer comes to you — no logging in, no exports, no copy-paste between windows.
Want the live list?
Say "what systems are you connected to?" and I read this workspace and show you.
Your day, in one place
- "Give me my brief for today." — your calendar, the email that needs you, what you’re waiting on.
- "Summarize today’s email and draft replies to the two that need one." — you review, you send.
Real work from your mailbox, calendar, and documents
Everything in your mailbox is material I can work with — any thread, any attachment, going back years.
- *"Where are we with {client}?
- Read every thread we’ve exchanged and give me an assessment."* — the history, the open items, the next move.
- "Read the transcript from yesterday’s meeting with Mike and add everything I committed to — and everything I’m owed — to my list."
- "Turn this thread into a one-page summary and publish it to a Google Doc." — a named file, in the right place, shareable.
- "Find the proposal we sent {client} in April." — you describe it, I find it: no filename, no folder needed.
- "Find 45 minutes with Pierre and Patrick next week and send the invite."
Your work, in plain words
The same goes for the work the company has already done: you ask the question, I go read it where it lives.
- *"Where does {client} stand?
- Pull the account and tell me what’s open."* — straight from the account-management work, not your memory.
- "What did we invoice {client} last month?" — from the accounts-receivable record, the actual run.
- "What content have we produced lately, and what’s still in draft?" — from the marketing workspace.
Each of these lands as a named file in your workspace — ask "where did you save that?" and there’s an exact answer.
‹!-- EDUCATOR VARIABLE — live delivery only; never renders on the page.
Everything above is true for every harperOS user.
After pasting it, read the active user’s profile (profiles/{user}.md) for role and primary domain, then close in your own words: "You as {role}, working in {domain} — here’s what’s specific to you,"
followed by two or three of the work examples re-grounded in their domain: account management gets client-standing / sync-prep asks, accounts-receivable gets invoice / billing-run asks, marketing gets content / draft asks.
This is what makes the module theirs. --›
You were set up for this on day one
Your onboarding gave you three things: a profile (who you are, how you like your work), a role, and a primary domain — your part of the business.
So you never start from a blank page — your domain is already stocked, and you can look inside it in plain words:
- "Show me the knowledge in my domain." — the written method for how this work is done at harperOS.
- "What workflows are automated in my domain?" — the ready-made jobs; you’ll hear them called skills.
- "What has my domain produced lately?" — the saved documents; you’ll hear them called outputs.
And the catch-all works anywhere: "what can you do for me here?" — I read your actual workspace and answer from what’s really set up, so there’s never a menu to memorize.
Your domain has its own depth
Whatever you run — sales, account management, marketing — is a domain with its own knowledge and skills, and an expert agent I bring in when the work goes deep.
Every domain is laid out the same way — knowledge, skills, outputs — so once you can read yours, you can read any of them.
See yours: "give me the overview of my domain."
The one thing to remember
I’m connected to your mailbox, your calendar, your documents, and the work harperOS has already done — so describe the outcome and I find the route; "what can you do here?" always shows you the rest.
Now pick something real and say "let’s do one now." You bring the task; I do it with you.
Next: how to work with me — the habits that get you great results and keep you in control.
